The Department of Radiology and Medical Imaging is seeking a full-time Senior Administrative Coordinator to provide high level operational and administrative support to faculty and management for the Neuroradiology and Interventional Neuroradiology Divisions within the Department.
The incumbent functions as a key member of the team and performs responsibilities integral to the operational effectiveness of the divisions supported. In addition, the incumbent demonstrates an understanding of business drivers and is capable of anticipating team needs and expectations that require action.
This position performs responsibilities integral to the operational effectiveness of the Neuro and INR divisions. Position demonstrates an understanding of teamwork, business needs, and the ability to anticipate the needs of those supported and take appropriate action. This position coordinates special projects, performs data management activities, schedules appointments, coordinates meetings and conferences, composes correspondence, schedules and maintains faculty and divisional calendars, coordinates purchases, and processes expenses. In addition, the position is responsible for performing administrative and operational responsibilities that span the entire Department such as mail processing, ordering supplies, and reserving conference space.
Qualified candidates must have a high school diploma and six years of experience. A Bachelor's degree may substitute for the experience requirement.
In addition, qualified candidates must have knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Preferred candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
This is a restricted position; continuation is dependent on funding and satisfactory performance.
