COVID COMPLIANCE MANAGER, Dean of Students and Division of Student Affairs

Positive outcomes in this role will be evidenced by:

• Coordinate all aspects of graduate and professional student compliance with COVID-19 protocols
• Successful management of the reporting and compliance infrastructure (Qlik, Service Now, Excel, etc.) and facilitate the integration between these systems
• Expediently resolve cases of non-compliance via regular communication with students and collaboration with key units
• Generate daily reports and graphics to animate compliance data for university leadership
• Maintain accuracy and confidentiality with regard to student, faculty and staff records.

Position Requirements:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Intermediate EXCEL knowledge.

This is a temporary position not currently eligible for University benefits. Position will commence as soon as possible and will conclude on June 30, 2021, with the possibility of renewal if necessary. This position may require some nights, holidays and weekend hours. This is not a medical position.
