Description
Associate Campus Health Surveillance Coordinator
The Associate Campus Health Surveillance Coordinator shall work closely with and report to the Campus Health Surveillance Coordinator.

Duties & Responsibilities:

•Provide logistical support for saliva sampling campaigns; Coordinate collection staff, data surveillance management and analysis.
•Interact closely with University Housing personnel, Wastewater testing laboratory, Pooled Saliva Testing Laboratory, Student Health Center staff, and the Contact Tracing Team.
•Develop centralized and consistent processes to collect, organize, and retain surveillance data.
•Interface with personnel and data systems of OIT, University Housing, the Wastewater Testing Laboratory, the Pooled Saliva Testing Laboratory, the Student Health Center, and the Contact Tracing Team.
•Perform bio-statistical analysis on surveillance data to better understand prevalence and transmission of CODID-19 on campus.
•Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in public health administration, biology, or a related field of study.

Experience: Two years of relevant work experience; Experience in data management and analysis and working effectively under tight time constraints required. Preference given for experience with public health surveillance programs and/or disaster epidemiology or working in emergency/disaster settings.

Job Skills:
•Strong interpersonal skills both written and verbal.
•Strong computer skills
•Knowledgeable of HIPAA requirements.
•Data analysis abilities

Salary: The salary is commensurate with experience and other qualifications and is accompanied by a standard University of Tennessee benefit package.
