Duties and Responsibilities:

A qualified candidate needs to have a combination of the following techniques: cell culture, animal husbandry and experimental skills, tissue/cell staining, confocal imaging, western blot, immunoprecipitation, ELISA, DNA/RNA preparation, PCR, and real time PCR. Previous experience in mitochondria study is a plus. In addition, capabilities to efficiently collect/organize/analyze data and to initiate new/modified procedures/techniques based upon latest developments are expected.

Preferences will be given to candidates who are good at tasks and time management and strong communication skills.

Qualifications:

Applicants must hold a doctorate degree with a major in biology or the area biomedical sciences. Experience/knowledge in animal experiments is highly preferred.
