Tracking Code3372 Job DescriptionThe Document Administrator position is responsible for the administration of the Controlled Substance Program and supports the laboratory inspection program. This position is responsible for document control related to research safety including; collecting, filing, cataloging, maintaining and controlling electronic and paper documents such as permits, Licenses, certificates, manifests, policies and procedures. Additionally, this position is responsible for keeping a regulatory compliance calendar for permits, licenses, and other regulatory documents to ensure timely renewal. This position will support other EHS divisions in functions similar to those described above.
Required SkillsBachelors degree
1 to 3 years of work experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills, demonstrated editing skills are a plus
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities
Positive attitude and good customer service skills; always willing to learn
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
