The ideal candidate is expected to develop and apply statistical and machine learning methods to understand the patterns of neuroimaging-genetics for brain diseases with high heritability. The main research areas will include: (1) structural and functional brain connectome analysis; (2) GWAS; (3) genetics-imaging-brain disorder mediation analysis; and (4) graph based deep learning to explain phenotypic variance. The candidates will be supported by a strong collaborative team who are world-known experts in multimodal brain imaging and genetics for neuropsychiatric research and will provide access to the large -sample imaging-genetics data (both preprocessed and original) from the consortiums including ENIGMA, HCP, and UK Biobank.
