The University of Maryland seeks a radiologist for a new faculty position in the Section of Abdominal Imaging at the University of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore. The section covers all aspects of Abdominal imaging, including CT, PET/CT, MR, Fluoroscopy, Ultrasound, and image guided procedures, with faculty sub-specialization where appropriate. The department has 3T and 1.5T clinical and research MR scanners, newest generation dual source/dual energy CT scanners, CT fluoroscopy interventional systems and Ultrasound equipment with 3D, fusion, elastography, and contrast-enhanced sonography. A new clinical and research PET/MR program will commence operations in Fall 2018. The Abdominal section participates in multiple multidisciplinary conferences.
