The incumbent in this position will serve as a Research Study Assistant providing administrative support, project support, and performing delegated tasks and procedures involving human subjects in support of research protocols to the Framingham Heart Study, located at Framingham, Massachusetts.

Required Skills

Bachelor's degree or 1-3 years of customer services (or research study working experience) and the ability to handle large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner are required
Spanish proficiency required
