Description:

This position is a 10-month faculty position teaching, supervising dissertations, and conducting research, with primary responsibilities located within the Ed.D. program in Higher Education Leadership. Position subject to final funding.



Responsibilities:

    Teaching 4 doctoral courses per year, with the potential to teach in the master’s program as wellSupervising dissertations and serving on dissertation committees in a highly concentrated low-residency three-year doctoral program.Conducting research, with a preference for action research as the methodology of our dissertations.May be needed to work at alternative Regional Campuses or Sites.



Qualifications: Doctoral degree in Higher Education or related field

Experience:

    Experience teaching at the university levelExcellent teaching and communication skills, strong organizational abilities, track record or future promise of scholarship, and ability to integrate faith and learning appropriately for diverse student populations.Preferred Experience: Teaching experience in quantitative methods, global educational experience, dissertation committee experience

Able to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks and competing demands. Responsiveness to student needs within a distributed learning format. Comfortable with a strengths-based philosophy of education and willing to work collaboratively with others.
