Associate Director of Admissions Operations & Technology
The Associate Director of Admissions Operations & Technology is solely responsible for the internal operations of the Office of Admissions and will report directly to the Director of Admissions. The Associate Director provides leadership in the utilization of business intelligence, data analytics, and information systems to support the development and implementation of the undergraduate recruitment plan. Responsibilities include management of the admissions application process through the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution, daily monitoring and maintaining of Banner System software, and data quality control.
The position oversees search services, application processing, admission decision modules, student information systems for recruitment and admission, and queries designed to extract information to inform data-driven decision making. In addition, this position oversees client relationship management strategies across multiple platforms including print, digital, and manages queries used to create and coordinate the flow of communication with targeted student populations and will supervise data entry and administrative support staff. This position has sole responsibility for the operation system analysis, implementation of updates and upgrades, and troubleshooting problems as they arise. The position is responsible for creating new and improved systems to enhance the admissions process for undergraduate students.
Preferred Years Experience, Skills, Training , Education:
Previous college admissions experience is preferred.
Experience using AdmissionPros CRM and Ellucian Banner is highly preferred.
