Job Responsibilities

In order to build an active pool of qualified applicants, Trident Technical College is accepting applications for adjunct faculty to teach at the Thornley campus. Day and evening positions are available.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, teaching varying schedules, utilizing technology, and using a variety of teaching methods in instruction.

Responsibilities include teaching courses and demonstrating practical labs. Candidates must be able to function in an environment characterized by continual changes in technology.

Minimum and Additional Requirements

This position requires an associate degree in Industrial Maintenance Mechanics, Electromechanical Technology, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or Industrial Technology or a related field and five (5) years of industry related field experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Instructors are needed for the following courses: basic industrial skills, piping systems and pumps, drive systems, hydraulics and pneumatics, preventive maintenance, schematic reading, blueprint reading and troubleshooting industrial systems.
