Shift:Monday through Friday, typically between 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with occasional evenings. (30hrs a week)
Job Summary:The Department of Dietetics and Human Nutrition seeks a Registered Dietitian for a unique learning coordinator position that bridges disease prevention-focused nutrition education in community clinics. This dietitian will provide training to undergraduates on the necessary nutrition skills for clinical evaluation and education interventions, assisting providers in developing nutrition education plans, and assisting with research participants.
This learning coordinator is responsible for research partner relations, coordinating training and undergraduate education, training & development in research protocols, study protocol development & management, data collection & management, and financial management.
A learning coordinator with excellent personal skills and a desire to instruct undergraduates through experiential learning is needed to assist in ongoing teaching efforts, and research initiatives.
This is a grant funded position.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities:Proficient in MS office, clinical experience, excellent interpersonal communication skills

Preferred Education/Experience:Teaching experience, research experience
Registered Dietitian Nutritionist Certification preferred
Driver’s license preferred
