Job Summary/Basic Function:Primary responsibility will be to teach applied voice lessons to both music majors and minors. Other duties may include teaching additional classes as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:M.M. in Vocal Performance or another Master’s degree in Music with at least 18 graduate hours of vocal study.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Strong collaborative skills.
Experience teaching undergraduate level applied voice.
Ability to perform in a variety of styles.
D.M.A. in Vocal Performance.
Extensive experience as a performing vocalist in the church and music industry. Teaching experience at the college level.
Also has 18 graduate hours in a second teaching area such as music theory.
20 hours per week
