Location: New Orleans, LA

Summary

Many students start college and don't graduate, particularly first-generation, socioeconomically disadvantaged students. The Cowen Institute's Trellis program seeks to solve this issue. The Recruitment and Enrollment Manager's role is to market Trellis to prospective students and other community influencers, and then support prospective students as they enroll. The Recruitment and Enrollment Manager will ensure that interested students are set up for success by serving as an ambassador to the program and managing the tracking of all applicant's statuses. The Recruitment and Enrollment Manager works closely with College Completion Advisors and the Admissions Coaches, and the position reports to the Program Director.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree.
  •  Four years of professional experience working in a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building program or systems from scratch.
  • Experience working with first-generation students.
