Position Summary:We seek highly motivated, talented, and collaborative Postdoctoral Research Associate. The successful candidate will join a recently funded grant and conduct research on the genomics of severe psychiatric disorders leveraging genomic/multi-omic approaches and machine learning approaches to high-dimensional and complex register data. This position will work closely with Drs. Patrick Sullivan, Yun Li, and Jin Szatkiewicz as well as international collaborators. The successful candidate should have strong skills in cooperation and communication.

Educational Requirements:Ph.D in Statistical Genetics, Bioinformatics, Biostatistics, Computer Science, Computational Biology, or a related field
Qualifications and Experience:The selected candidate should have strong quantitative background with strong statistical and computational skills. He/she should be proficient with at least one programming language (e.g., C/C++, Java, Perl, Python) and at least one statistical package (e.g., SAS, R, MatLab). Knowledge in biology or genetics is preferred but not required.
