Data Assistant

The Data Assistant assists the pooled testing administrators by sorting data of who has been tested and categorizing the data. They communicate with the pooled testing administrators to ensure the accurate data collection. Work is performed on site where testing is taking place.

$20/hour, ranging from 20 hours/week to 40 hours/week

1. Qualifications:

A. Educational Background: Associate’s degree preferred

B. Experience: Proven experience with excel spreadsheets

C. Special Skills: Ability to remain calm under pressure, well organized and a good communicator to ensure accuracy.

2. Essential Functions:

  • Enter the names of the participants being tested in excel.
  • Note whether the participant is a student, faculty or staff.
  • If the participant is a student, note other identifying characteristics such as whether they live on campus, take classes on campus, etc.
  • Provide reports as needed.
