Advertised Job Summary:

The Graphics Manager I uses principles of effective user interface design, instructional design, graphic design and media production to create online modules, motion graphics, animations, and graphics for various CCFS media productions. Performs tasks associated with production such as video and audio recording and video and audio editing. Maintains the CCFS website.

Minimum Qualifications (Classified and Unclassified positions):

Associate degree in art and 3 years experience in graphics programs.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in graphics or media or art and 3 years of experience. Demonstrated ability in design for print and multimedia production. Demonstrated knowledge of video and audio recording and editing. Working knowledge of integrating audio, video, and animations using eLearning development tools. Demonstrated ability in use of Adobe Creative Cloud software. Working knowledge of applications used to create interactive instructional materials such as Lectora, Articulate, or Adobe Captivate. Demonstrated ability to coordinate with team members, to prioritize tasks and meet schedules. Detail oriented.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Knowledge of the principles, procedures and methods of graphic arts. Knowledge of the methods and techniques involved in layout, graphic art work, design and print processes. Ability to evaluate photos and art for the accurate display of editorial content. Ability to design and construct exhibits and displays for educational programs.
