Shift:Typically Days: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m, Monday – Friday
Job Summary:This position serves as the lead for the financial process and reporting operations of the College of Education’s fiscal office. Major responsibilities include assisting with preparation of operating budget; conducting analysis of budgets for all department cost centers, regardless of source of funds; overseeing the reconciliation of cost centers; producing all monthly financial reports and reconciliation of same; monitoring expenditures for all departments; projecting income for all revenue supported and gift cost centers; overseeing hiring, training, and the supervision of college financial analysts.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities:All Microsoft Office products. Strong Excel and query reporting (e.g, Tableau) skills with proven reporting that is consumable and informative for leadership decision making.

Preferred Education/Experience:Experience in leading a finance team at a University, non-profit, or large organization in process development, enhancement, and efficiency.
