The Associate Director of Graduate Enrollment Management in the Master’s Programs Office (MPO) is responsible for the oversight and implementation of all enrollment management operations for the master’s degree programs offered at the O’Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs - Indiana University Bloomington. Operations within the graduate enrollment management funnel include strategic recruitment initiatives, admissions, and the financial aid allocation processes for all degree and certificate programs. The Associate Director will be expected to develop and pursue innovative recruitment strategies targeted towards addressing designated growth areas and to develop metrics to track success of those strategies. Provides leadership for the MPO’s use of SalesForce CRM and collaborates with appropriate offices and stakeholders on digital marketing and advertising initiatives. The Associate Director is responsible for ensuring that all admissions policies are followed, tracking applicant data, and managing the ongoing implementation of O’Neill’s electronic application for all master’s programs and certificates in the School (in collaboration with O’Neill colleagues, campus IT partners, and the University Graduate School). Facilitates the annual fellowship allocation process for new incoming master’s students in conjunction with MPO enrollment management staff. Works collaboratively with the Master's Programs Office (MPO) staff to deliver a recruitment and pre-enrollment communication plan for all O’Neill prospective and admitted students before and leading up to matriculation. Maintains a collaborative relationship with internal stakeholders including program directors, faculty, alumni, other O’Neill units, and external stakeholders such as the University Graduate School, other Indiana University academic departments, and various partner institutions and organizations. In collaboration with the Director of the MPO, the Associate Director is responsible for the annual enrollment management budget, which includes both the graduate student fellowship budgets and the recruitment budget. The Associate Director supervises both full-time enrollment management staff, along with Graduate Assistants.
Bachelor's degree and two years of experience.
Possess a valid driver's license with the ability to be insured by Indiana

Ability to maintain confidentiality of work-related information and materials. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint). Demonstrated record of successfully working with students or individuals from all backgrounds (including first-generation college students, low-income students, racial and ethnic minorities, women, LGBTQ+, etc.) and an interest in contributing to O’Neill in ways that enhance diversity, equity, and inclusion.
We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in student recruitment, admissions, conversion, and/or enrollment management, particularly at the graduate level. Two years of experience in higher education or nonprofit or government administration. Master's degree, or significant completion towards a Master's degree. Experience with SalesForce or managing a similar CRM.
