  • Position Description:

    Nurse Recruiter, RN recruits qualified applicants as Registered Nurses, or positions requiring registered nurse (RN) licensure. Sources RNs, recruits’ RNs and drives proactive RN recruitment efforts, to build a pipeline of RN applicants.  Will attend job fairs, coordinate open houses (virtual as necessary), and will build relationships with nursing schools, nursing leaders, and leads in-house recruitment efforts as well.  Interviews and screens RN applicants and refers them to the appropriate clinical service.  Maintains consistent contact with applicants and candidates throughout the interview and selection process and ensures efficiency of the process and promotes a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.    



    • BSN Required
    • Minimum of 3 years' clinical experience as a hospital RN
    • Proficient with analytical and statistical tools and PC programs, including Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Strong verbal and written presentation skills. 
    • Goal oriented and possesses the ability to prioritize on a consistent basis in an ever-changing environment. 
    • Must be flexible and willing to be on-site to assist and coordinate candidate experience. 
    • Recruiter experience is strongly preferred
