Position Summary:
Incumbent is responsible for developing digital communications including but not limited to website, social media, additional digital communication arenas. Responsibilities include website design, social media design and development, or producing communications or instruction using the web, audio, video, and other digital media, which may involve content creation, designing, production and / or programming.

Required Qualifications:
Must have excellent written communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, English, Journalism, Marketing or other related field and/or equivalent combination of education and years of directly related work experience
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the organization
Must possess the skill, knowledge, and ability essential to the successful performance of assigned duties
Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload
Must demonstrate customer service skills appropriate to the job
Creative problem solving skills
Strong time and project management skills and comfortable with deadlines
At least 2 years working knowledge of social media vehicles and tools as well as strong grasp of social media industry trends and best practices
Understanding and experience with online metrics and analytics tools such as Google Analytics and/or WebTrends to determine online marketing and social media campaign effectiveness
Self-motivated and able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Skill with Microsoft Office products, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
At least 2 years of experience creating and modifying web page content.
Knowledge of HTML
Knowledge of Dreamweaver, FrontPage
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Marketing, English, Journalism or similar degree program
