Salary: $4,842 - $9,591 monthly

Position Description:
Reports to the Dean of the Graduate Division and works closely with another case manager in the Graduate Division, the Case Manager is responsible for coordinating, implementing and evaluating case management services for graduate students and postdoctoral scholars who are experiencing challenges affecting their academic progress; these may include financial concerns, health and wellness issues, and interpersonal conflicts. Duties will include: providing direct case management support to graduate students and postdoctoral scholars; recommending/coordinating strategies and solutions to academic departments about responding to scholars experiencing difficulties that impact their education and research progress; and collaborating on presentations and trainings for students, staff and faculty to improve holistic support practices. Incumbent will work collaboratively in a team setting with Graduate Division leadership, Office of the Dean of Students, UCLA Consultation and Response Team, UCLA Economic Crisis Response Team, Counseling and Psychological Services, Staff and Faculty Counseling Center, UCPD, and other campus partners to provide information and referrals to graduate students and postdoctoral scholars and address needs that are impacting academic progress.

Special Instructions:
This is a contract position with an end date of June 30, 2021.
The target salary range for this position is between the posted minimum and $5,500 monthly.

This position will be able to work remotely until mid-March 2021. Date subject to change under COVID-19 guidelines.
