Description of Work:

The primary purpose of the Digital Recruitment Specialist

• maintain the Unit website
• create digital recruitment content
• assist with source document creation

Work will be performed remotely

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree; or equivalent combination of training and experience

Candidates must be reliable, self-directed, and highly organized. A Bachelor’s degree or 3-5 years of research experience are required. Experience in website design, source document creation, and recruitment flyer production required.

Candidates must be 1) self-motivated, 2) highly detail-oriented, and willing to follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) precisely, 3) flexible to daily changes in work scope, and 4) able to work in a fast-paced environment and under demanding time constraints.
