Job Summary Clayton State University is seeking applicants for a Part-time Instructors of Management to teach three to six credit hours per semester starting January 1, 2021.

    Teaching Leadership and Conflict Resolution; Managerial Negotiations; International Human Resources; and Managerial Creativity and Innovation in the undergraduate and graduate programs. (Up to six credit hours per semester)Course preparation, grading of exams and papersMeeting with students.Participation in Departmental curriculum activities.
Required Qualifications
    Possess a Master's Degree or Doctoral degree in Business Administration or related field.Demonstrate the ability to teach courses in the Management program at the undergraduate and graduate level.Awareness and sensitivity to the educational goals of a multicultural population.Commitment to active learning and the use of technology.
Preferred Qualifications
    Ability to teach Leadership and Conflict Resolution; Managerial Negotiations; International Human Resources; Managerial Creativity and Innovation.Related professional and/or managerial experience.
