Building Monitor - Part-Time Building Monitor - Part-Time Hourly Wage: $14.00 per hour Regular shifts and as-needed scheduling options are available! Position Purpose Position Purpose Under the direct supervision of the Vice President of Student Affairs & Campus/Community Relations, the Building Monitor is responsible for the commitment to the safety of students, faculty, staff, and the community. The Building Monitor is responsible for all individuals entering a Hocking College Campus to undergo a screening process each day for signs of possible COVID-19 infection before being allowed to enter any Hocking College Campus.
Duties and Responsibilities
Duties and ResponsibilitiesVerify employee/student name is on the list. Verify the individual has a mask. Employees/students must have their mask on at all times, Place a check mark in the box. Take the individual’s temperature (if the individual brings their own thermometer they must take their temperature in front of you and show you the results), place a check in the respective box for less than/greater than 100, update the worksheet where indicated. Review COVID-19 Screening Assessment questionnaire with individual’s, update worksheet as indicated. If the individual passes the screening protocol (mask/temp less than 100/answered “no” to all questions) place a colored wristband on their arm. Clean and disinfect your workstation periodically. Maintain and enforce social distancing and mask protocol at all times. Maintain check in worksheets on google drive updated daily. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications – Education, Experience, and SkillsExcellent customer service and people skills. Experience in Microsoft Office (excel, google, etc.). Ability to maintain sensitive and confidential information.
