Position Summary:

This position is responsible for assisting in creating awareness of services offered by Auxiliary Services and the promotion/improvement of the goodwill of all Auxiliary units. This position assist with activities that help to provide a positive image of Auxiliary Services. This position will receive its primary guidance and direction from the Marketing Assistant Manager and from time to time may receive additional guidance and direction from the Marketing Manager.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Competencies :

General knowledge of design software programs, preferably including Adobe Illustrator, In Design and Photoshop.
- Proficient writing skills
- Ability to write and edit materials for publications.
- Proficient organization and analytical skills.
- Ability to use independent judgement.
- Be able to work individually and as part of a team
- Be able to assist with multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Ability to assist with coordinating special events
