This position has two primary functions: 1) Designing and developing online training content for Organizational and Professional Development; and 2) Managing and coordinating the in-house training management system (Learning Stream) including class scheduling and registration management.

Minimum Qualifications (Classified and Unclassified positions):

Master’s degree in education or related field and 1 year experience in curriculum management or development, or bachelor’s degree and 3 years related experience. Experience in designing and developing online training.

Preferred Qualifications:

-Strong technical acumen with experience in multimedia production tools, Learning Management Systems, e-learning authoring software, web, accessibility tools and graphic design tools.
-Graphics design knowledge including working knowledge of basic design aesthetic demonstrating knowledge of design fundamentals, color theory, and typography.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Knowledge of learning management systems. Knowledge of online learning platforms such as Camtasia, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate or similar technologies.
