The Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Coordinator prepares, edits, coordinates and disseminates FOIA information. Maintains the internal FOIA log, collects and organizes the resulting documents, converts documents to appropriate format and makes appropriate redactions. Successful candidate directs FOIA requests to appropriate offices, teams and/or individuals. Engages with media and other
external parties to fully define the request. Calculates and processes expenses incurred when the FOIA is met.
Bachelor’s degree and 2 years related experience in business management, public
administration, or administrative services; or equivalency. Prefer FOIA experience.
