Working within a dedicated communications work unit to further UK College of Medicine’s presence within the region and to encourage employee engagement, alumni relations, and public awareness of the college’s initiatives.
This communicator will support both internal and external communications particularly through social media channels, internal newsletters, digital signage, etc., for the college.
In accomplishing these assignments, this communication professional will be responsible for coordinating with the regional campus teams and local team in Lexington to ensure all audiences are up-to-date on college happenings.
The position will fill many functions within a small team.Skills / Knowledge / Abilities:
All MS Office programs, understanding and working knowledge of html programs.Does this position have supervisory responsibilities? :
Degree in communications, public relations, journalism or related field preferred.
Four or more years of related experience preferred.
