Job Summary:

This position will oversee/supervise the front desk operations and work closely with the Practice Manager to ensure excellent customer service and increased productivity and efficiency in patient access, clinic flow, no show rate, template management/utilization and policy adherence.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities:

Ideal candidate will have excellent customer service, knowledge of clinic operations, knowledge of registration, scheduling, knowledge of templating and cash handling skills.

Preferred Education/Experience:

Associates Degree and four or more years prior clinic and supervision experience preferred.
