Physical Requirements:

Lifting, pushing, or pulling of objects up to 25 lbs., sitting for long periods of time.

Shift:

Monday – Friday; 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (40 hours/week).

Job Summary:

This position reviews, creates, maintains and monitors various capital project accounts and debt service payments and reports. Also, regularly audits for compliance with complex State and University regulations as they pertain to capital projects. Other responsibilities include the preparation of quarterly and annual audited financial reports as assigned. Accuracy, timeliness, and attention to detail are essential.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, database software, SAP, and exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Education/Experience:

Prefer a degree in accounting.
