This position will be the receptionist for the Office of Medical Education, which will be the first person guests, students, faculty and staff will meet. This position will be professional and engaging, with excellent oral and written communication skills. This position will support the mission of the Office of Medical Education by providing support for staff, making travel arrangements, scheduling appointments, keeping phone lists and mailing lists current. This position will assist with student affairs events and support student affairs functions ass assigned. Having respect for and skills to engage with those of other cultures, backgrounds and business acumen is required.Skills / Knowledge / Abilities:
