Lifting, pushing, pulling up to 10 lbs; long periods of sitting; extended periods of exposure to CPU


Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (40 hours per week)

Job Summary:

This position will be the receptionist for the Office of Medical Education, which will be the first person guests, students, faculty and staff will meet. This position will be professional and engaging, with excellent oral and written communication skills. This position will support the mission of the Office of Medical Education by providing support for staff, making travel arrangements, scheduling appointments, keeping phone lists and mailing lists current. This position will assist with student affairs events and support student affairs functions ass assigned. Having respect for and skills to engage with those of other cultures, backgrounds and business acumen is required.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities:

Multiple phone lines, scheduling meeting, booking space, arranging meeting, booking travel, Outlook, Excel, Word, outstanding organizational skill, time management skills

Preferred Education/Experience:

Associates degree plus three years of experience working in a front line positions and with financials
