Work Schedule:

Monday-Friday 7:30-4:30, 40 hours, with some evenings and weekends with advance notice as projects dictate.

Minimum Experience/Education:

Graduation from high school and one year of experience in the specialized area(s) in a broadcast television, radio and emerging media environment; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Departmental Preferred Experience, Skills, Training/Education::

Video Production and Post-Production experience necessary.
Software: Working knowledge of Microsoft and Apple operating systems.
Proficient in Adobe CC applications (Premiere, Prelude, After Effects, Media Encoder, etc).
Hardware: Production switchers, format converters, wired & wireless microphones, lighting, teleprompters, camcorders, other industry related tools and equipment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Setup and operate production equipment (camera, lighting, and audio equipment). Post-production: Edit, finalize, & publish a variety of media.

Other Work/Responsibilities:

Work independently and in a group setting to diagnose and solve problems as they arise.
Plan for and maintain equipment and software redundancies to ensure project success with minimum downtime.
Ability to learn and properly apply all departmental policies and procedures.

Work in conjunction with the Producer and Directors to assist in performing all aspects of video production, assisting in content creation, set design and setup, acquisition, editing, duplication, and publishing.
