Florida Atlantic University is seeking multiple Substitute Teachers, Boca Raton, FL.

Summary of Responsibilities Include:

  • Assume the responsibilities of a K-9 classroom teacher in their absence.
  • Provide instruction and manage the learning environment while following the classroom lesson plans.
  • Follow all school policies, rules, and procedures, and quality teaching practices.
  • Ensure the adherence to safety and health procedures.
  • Maintain, as fully as possible, the established routines and procedures of the school and classrooms to which they are assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Associates Degree is preferred.

Salary:

$11.00 - $13.50 per hour

Monday – Friday, 7:15 a.m. - 3:15 p.m., as needed.
