Professional Research Assistant - Women's Behavioral Health & Wellness

The University of Colorado School of Medicine, Department of Psychiatry has just welcomed their new Department Chair, C. Neill Epperson, MD and is in the process of growing the Department of Psychiatry with new programs and expanding existing programs.

Position Summary:

The PRA will support and assist with daily research tasks such as subject recruitment and management, screening assessments, scheduling, and informed consent/assent/HIPAA activities with Women’s Behavioral Health & Wellness.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Recruit participants with PCOS
  • Assist with screening and PPT monitoring
  • Organizing mailings/packages to participants
  • Maintaining study regulatory material and ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Maintain the integrity of all data collected
  • Create surveys in REDCap
  • Data entry and management including the use of electronic database systems such as REDCap
  • Maintaining and ordering study equipment as needed
  • Other duties and projects as assigned.

QualificationsQualifications:

Minimum Qualifications

    Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Experience in research or as a research assistant
Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.

Conditions of Employment

  • Must be proficient reading and writing in Spanish
Preferred Qualifications

    Knowledge in building and maintaining REDCap databases and/or building surveys
