Monday through Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm.Job Summary:
The Sleep Disorders Center is seeking an individual to provide front desk registration in the outpatient clinic. Primary responsibilities include greeting patients, registration, insurance verification, cash handling, medical record preparation, scheduling appointments, procuring new patient records, communicating information with patients via the telephone and in person, and answering telephones. This position supports the efficient patient care and clinic initiatives for improving patient attendance and keeping attendance records.
IEBC (Internal Employee Being Considered)Skills / Knowledge / Abilities:
This position requires multi-tasking, providing exceptional customer service, a high regard for attention to detail, excellent communication skills (both in person and telephone), and excellent organizational and technical skills.Does this position have supervisory responsibilities? :
Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and at least four years of experience in medical office work preferred. Prior patient registration and insurance verification experience highly preferred.Deadline to Apply:
