Physical Requirements:

The physical requirements for this position will include sitting at a computer workstation for extended periods of time; repetitive motion (i.e. data entry); and verbal and written communication.


Primarily 8a-5p, Monday – Friday; may require evening and/or weekend hours, per departmental need.

Job Summary:

The Administrative Coordinator II position will support the responsibilities of the Executive Chief Medical Officer for UK Healthcare. This position also coordinates the integration with the Executive Chief Medical Office and supporting work teams for hospital, ambulatory and other healthcare projects.

This position will work closely with the Hospital Operations Managers to help achieve enterprise mission and goals; facilitates the development of report and analytical requirements to meet identified business needs including dashboards, reports, modeling, etc.; delivers data in support of human capital strategy and decision making, utilizing ODB, financial reporting, and other systems as available.

The selected candidate will be responsible for the efficient management and oversight of all work related to and for the Executive Chief Medical Officer. This position will draw conclusions and projects data in a manner to facilitate discussion and clinical problem solving for both executives, and develop presentations in Power Point, Acrobat or other software.
