This position is in support of the Salesforce academic orgs and health org on campus and will assist in the implementation and continuous improvement of the CRM academic org, CRM health org, and Marketing Cloud platform. This position will gain a working knowledge of the University of Kentucky’s Salesforce platforms and assist with administration and development of both system functionality and processes. The position will also collaborate with campus partners to improve campus-wide system adoption and provide on-going support and education for users.
