The department of Family and Community Medicine is seeking a Patient Relations Assistant.
Support physicians in efficient patient care through providing customer service, registration, scheduling, medical records preparation, reconciliation of fee sheets and collection of cash at the time of service.
This position is located in Georgetown, KY.Skills / Knowledge / Abilities:
Registration, insurance experience, pre-certification, referrals, customer service, insurance verification, office and clerical.Does this position have supervisory responsibilities? :
