Job Summary:

The Scheduling Coordinator will manage the templates for the Family and Community Medicine faculty, staff and mid-level providers.

Will be responsible for ensuring provider coverage in clinic, and preceptor coverage for resident clinics. Will work with the management team to coordinate scheduling of all TCM patients, other hospital follow-ups and faculty add-ons.

The scheduling coordinator will also assist clinic management in keeping the PAC scheduling protocol current. This position will also float to registration and medical records on an as needed basis.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities:

The ideal candidate will have the following skills: communication, attention to detail, organization, time management, and computer skills.

Preferred Education/Experience:

Experience in managing physician patient schedules preferred.
