The Division of Hematology-Oncology in the Department of Medicine at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seeks candidates for several Assistant Professor positions in the non-tenure academic clinician track. Applicants must have an M.D. degree. Board certification in hematology is required.

Teaching responsibilities may include teaching hematology/oncology fellows, medical residents and medical students. Selected candidates will have clinical and teaching experience in the in general hematology and oncology with a focus on benign and malignant hematology. The academic clinician track requires 100 credits per year of active and high quality teaching responsibilities.

Clinical responsibilities may include a focus on patients with general hematology and oncology with a focus on benign and malignant hematology. Participation in clinical trials is an important part of this role.
