Posting Information:

Temporary office assistant will be responsible for processing paperwork as part of normal office workflow procedures, serving as receptionist to answer student questions and phone calls, and assisting with events and event planning. Other duties as required.

Temporary office assistant will work with the Executive Assistant and student workers to assure proper office functions and services.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Required for this Position:

Must be reliable and dependable. Must be able to work effectively in a collaborative office work environment. Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and proficiency in standard office computer software are essential. High level of organization and ability to prioritize and multitask are needed. Attention to detail is required.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree and experience working in an office environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Management prefers a candidate with experience in writing and office management.
