Administrative AssistantPOSITION SUMMARY
Serves Indiana Wesleyan University’s Marion Campus student population by assisting the IWU-Marion Financial Aid Office with front-line customer service, document management and report generation.
This position reports to the Associate Director of Financial Services, IWU-Marion Campus.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Provides front-line customer service to external and internal customers
· Coordinates student employee schedules, ensuring coverage in the front office
· Maintains the document imaging process, including scanning incoming paper documents and indexing imaged forms to student files
· Reviews incoming documents for completeness and accuracy and logs receipt of those documents
· Prepares and reviews various reports
·Reconciles monthly purchasing card transactions
· Answers main Financial Aid office phone-line and provides general student financial aid information
·Provides additional administrative support for Financial Services as directed
This staff position is responsible for managing a team of student employees and the associated budget.QUALIFICATIONS
