Engineer wearable biosensors systems, developing novel microfabrication techniques and sensor designs.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Review scientific literature on biosensors, microfabrication, and in situ monitoring.
Develop fabrication systems for various sensor systems, including system integration, electrical design and more
Conduct research on advanced applications of microfabrication and biosensors
Work with other members of the lab and of other labs to conduct collaborative scientific research
Write and publish scientific papers in peer reviewed journals and submit abstracts to conferences each year
Contribute to day-to-day workings of the research lab
Mentor under-graduate\graduate research assistance

microfabrication of biosensors, characterization of biosensors and microelectronics, and biosensor signal processing.Preferred Years Experience, Skills, Training, Education:
Ph.D. or equivalent doctorate (e.g., M.D., D.V.M., Sc.D.) in appropriate field awarded no more than five (5) years from initial date of postdoctoral appointment.Required License or Certification:
