Job Summary:

Provide clinical and administrative support to the Pediatric Forensic Medicine. Includes contact with patients and families, internal and external referring providers and community partners.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities:

The ideal candidate will have extensive customer service experience and able to communicate in a calm and helpful manner during stressful and/or crisis situations. Experience in an office setting, customer service or a medical office. Experience working with children.

Preferred Education/Experience:

Customer service in a pediatric setting.
