Summary of Duties:

This position will function as the primary support network for the Center for Business Resilience. This position coordinates all center-specific services and resources; act as a liaison between new inquiries and Associate Business Advisors and provide preliminary references to inquiries and external stakeholders. Program specialist will interpret, review and apply center specific guidelines and procedures to respond to incoming requests; assess advisor needs; and develop courses of action to carry out center responsibilities.

This is a project position and is expected to end on September 30, 2021. Renewal is dependent on the need for extension to complete the project.

Required Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent education/experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Neoserra and/or other data management tools.
Familiarity with Washington SBDC or other business support organizations, which includes familiarity with small business needs.
Demonstrated proficiency with Excel spreadsheets.
Two or more years experience working in an office environment and understanding of office protocols and procedures.
Fluency in foreign languages.
Experience working in a virtual environment, conducting virtual meetings using Zoom or MS Teams.
Working as a part of a team.
