TRIO Talent Search Program Coordinator
TemporaryEssential Job Duties:
TRIO Talent Search (TS) is an early intervention pre-college program that helps students prepare for higher education. TRIO TS serves 814 students annually and works with middle and high school students in Eastern Wake and Johnston Counties.
The Program Coordinator will assist full time staff with administrative and programmatic needs. Duties and responsibilities of the Program Coordinator may include:
●Supervision of youth during TS programming (in-person and virtual) events;
●Planning and implementation of college readiness and STEM based programming;
●Recruitment and retention of program participants;
●Securing contacts with existing students via phone calls, emails, text, virtual meetings, school visits, etc.;
●Other duties as assigned.

●Team player with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
