Advertised Job Summary:

The CRM Data Coordinator provides support for data flow between the Office of Undergraduate Admissions data systems (Slate, Banner, and BDMS along with third-party platforms). They will also assure data integrity and error resolution for data pertaining to prospective, applicant, and admitted students; monitors daily data imports and application platform changes, and creates documentation of business practices; and assists with account reconciliation.

They also represents the university at on- and off-campus recruitment events for the Office of Undergraduate Admissions.

Position requires some evening and weekend work.

Minimum Qualifications (Classified and Unclassified positions):

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology Systems or related field and 1 year related experience; or equivalency. Possess a valid driver’s license and be able to operate a motor vehicle.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Technolutions Slate or other Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) systems, Banner Student Information System, Banner Document Management Suite (BDMS) or other higher education student information systems (SIS). Knowledge of third-party application platforms (e.g. Coalition, Common App), or assessment tools (e.g. BlackBoard, Cognos).Knowledge of admissions operations and cycle, policies, and support activities. Familiarity with data structure, data integrations, and data analytical tools.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to maintain confidential information. Ability to think creatively and analytically. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities and projects concurrently. Ability to work independently and with little direct supervision, but also collaboratively as a member of a team. Ability to work under pressure. Ability to cultivate and manage key relationships. Ability to negotiate with and persuade others. General knowledge of the college admission process. Ability to speak in front of large and small groups. Working knowledge of MS Office.
