Days, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.Job Summary:
Ambulatory Services Administration is seeking a detail-oriented, self-sufficient and responsible individual to provide administrative and clerical support with a strong emphasis on accounts payable and calendar/meeting management.
This position will be accountable to the Ambulatory Leadership Team and able to work in a matrix environment.
Duties will include but are not limited to: calendar/meeting management, scheduling meetings, processing travel reimbursements and itinerary, cross-coverage for receptionist duties and other relevant business support functions such as creating pivot charts or PowerPoint presentations.Skills / Knowledge / Abilities:
Microsoft Office Suite, include Excel, Word, Adobe, Outlook, Access etc.
Also need high standard initiatives, confidentiality and responsibility.
Associate’s degree plus four or more years related administrative experience preferred.Deadline to Apply:
