Job Summary:

The College of Arts and Sciences is seeking a Staff Support Associate II to provide staff support for the A&S main office and The Consortium for Language and International Majors’ Experiences (CLIME). Responsibilities for the main office support include providing customer service to guests of the college; directing guests and phone calls to the appropriate office, person, and/or website; distributing mail; scheduling conference rooms; and assisting students in navigating university and college processes. Responsibilities for the CLIME support include being main point of contact for the consortium; scheduling events; maintaining organizational systems to manage and deploy assessments; and assisting with reports, development initiatives, distributing materials, and event database.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities:

SAP, GPS, Excel, Access, Outlook, and Word.
